Props: Blanket or towel recommended. Level: Strong All Levels. We start straight away in this audio class! Neck stretches, triangle, half moon, and camel. A good practice for hip stability, neck and chest opening to counteract sitting and computer work during your day. Yoga experience needed for this class...strong all levels.

Don't be afraid(!), this isn't an advanced (audio) class because we're doing fancy postures at the speed of light...it's advanced because you'll be holding postures longer - this strengthens our physical body and our mental stamina. You'll complete this practice feeling stronger and focused.

Morning Yoga #2
This advanced audio yoga practice is faster paced to get you moving in the morning (or any time of day!). Different variations of a vinyasa, side arm balance, side crow arm balance and Pilates abdominal work. You'll feel strong and energized for the day.
