In this tapas inspired practice (strength and will building), you'll gain mental and physical strength through holding postures longer. A flow style practice is great to get our breath and body synchronized, but its when we slow down, and hold postures longer, that it becomes a strengthening and focusing practice for our mind as well as our body.
