Level: Intermediate/Intense, Props: 2 hand weights (2 - 10 lbs), closed band or Theraband - One of my favorites this season! Parallel and externally rotated leg and hip strengthening, squats, heel raises, band work, plank, push ups, reverse push ups and out of the ordinary abdominal exercises. Super fun!
