Props: 2 blocks, strap and towel or blanket is ideal. A cooling, afternoon slow flow practice at the beach! We'll explore hip range of motion and leg strengthening in side standing postures - alignment focused with longer holds, and standing hip opening balance sequences. Slightly more of a workshop practice with lots of laughter!
