Straight forward, flow practice with upper body strengthening: Plank on forearms, side standing postures, crescent, warrior 3 and dolphin. Medium pace, strengthening for any time of day. Also included, variations of standing leg balance, 1/2 moon, bow and fire log position. Yoga experience needed for this practice.
