This class was first filmed and presented at a week long corporate even. It's about the basics of meditation. You'll practice a body meditation, a breath meditation and an intention/affirmation setting meditation. Why meditate? To lessen anxiety, de-stress and be able to focus well. When we feel better physically, emotionally, and when we're focused, we can concentrate on what is most important.
