Level: Intermediate/Intense, Props: 2 hand weights - A fun and short practice to strengthen your shoulders and hips. Weights aren't simply great for posture, but also for joint stability and bone health. I use 5 lbs. I recommend 2 - 10 pounds for each hand depending on your experience with hand weights.
