13m
Level: Beginner/All Levels/Moderate, Props: A comfortable seat on the floor or in a chair. Why have a breathing practice? To focus your mind, connect with your body and the present moment, to strengthen your heart, lungs and digestive system, and to bring more ease into your day. Those are really good reasons! This practice includes breath of fire, ocean breathing, and alternate nostril breathing. Some simple, standing movements with the breath are also included to get your blood flowing.
