Enjoy LIVE classes + pre-recorded classes for days you don't want or need the video component! Some classes are LIVE from Los Angeles, and from Mexico while teaching my annual retreat. You'll feel like you're right there, in real time with a community and on the beach. Other classes were recorded as voice overs from archived videos. I recommend these audio classes for anyone that doesn't feel they need the visual example of following me on the screen.
